German sink manufacturer Schock acquires Polish bathroom brand marmorin

German quartz sink manufacturer Schock GmbH announced the acquisition of Polish bathroom brand marmorin. The terms and details of the transaction have not been disclosed. According to the announcement, Triton fund V, an investment company, acquired Schock GmbH in March 2021. The next step is to strengthen this field through re acquisition.

Marmorin is a local family business in Poland. Founded in 1985 and headquartered in wschowa, Poland, marmorin produces independent bathtubs and washbasins and showers that are particularly popular in North America.

Founded in 1924, Schock pioneered the quartz sink, focusing on the North American market.
